By using the Elav8 website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Elav8 services to violate any applicable law, infringe intellectual-property rights, or interfere with the operation of the services.

SMS Program

This section describes the terms specific to the Elav8 SMS messaging program. By opting in to the program (see Privacy Policy), you agree to the following terms in addition to the rest of this Agreement.

Program Description

Elav8 sends SMS messages to opted-in users. Messages may include account / onboarding confirmations, customer-care follow-ups, feature announcements, and occasional product updates.

Eligibility

You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and the subscriber or authorized account-holder of the U.S. mobile number you provide.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the categories you opted in to and the activity on your account.

Charges

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Elav8 does not charge any per-message fee.

How to Opt Out

To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any Elav8 message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages from the program. You may also email [email protected]. We honor opt-out requests within ten (10) business days as required by FCC rules. If you have given consent on more than one channel and ask us to revoke all consents, we will revoke SMS, voice, and email together.

How to Get Help

Reply HELP to any message for help. We will respond with an SMS containing our contact information and a reminder that you can opt out by replying STOP. You may also reach support at [email protected].

Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and their subsidiaries and affiliates, are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
